On 22 June, 2017 the global kidney cancer community of patients, caregivers, families, healthcare professionals and patient organisations came together to celebrate our inaugural World Kidney Cancer Q & A Day.

Our aim was to raise much needed awareness of kidney cancer around the world by asking those who visited our website to take the brief 7 question Quiz.  Over 11,000 people from Ghana to Australia completed our seven-question online Quiz and helped raise funds at the same time.  A report is being compiled of the outcomes of the Quiz and IKCC will be publishing this report in due course. In the meantime, if you haven’t already done so, why not test your knowledge of kidney cancer and do the Quiz which will remain live on the World Kidney Cancer Q & A Day website.

Details of all the various activities that were undertaken around the world on our first World Kidney Cancer Q & A Day will be available on the website in due course so watch this space!

A huge thank you to all our affiliates and our Global Ambassador, Juliet Ibrahim for so enthusiastically embracing World Kidney Cancer Q & A Day 2017.
