Please use this form to provide your registration details and attendee information. We invite you to read the conference fact sheet first, this contains important information relevant to your attendance and travel: Conference Fact Sheet.

Travel information

Please refer to the reimbursement guidelines in the Conference Fact Sheet for further information BEFORE making your travel arrangements. Please book your travel and all necessary arrangements for your journey to South Korea as soon as possible in order to secure the most economical fare. Please note reimbursement of expenses is conditional upon attendance at all sessions during the conference.

If you do not know your flight details yet, please send them via email to Rebecca Cubbage events@ikcc.org as soon as they are available an no later than 1st March 2025. After this date we cannot guarantee your accommodation.

Please note the official conference start time is 12.45 on Friday 4th April 2025. Hotel rooms will be booked for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). Should you require one extra night to accommodate difficult flight connections, please contact Rebecca Cubbage events@ikcc.org

Please confirm if you wish to attend the evening reception on Friday 4th April 2025 and the evening dinner on Saturday 5th April 2025.

IKCC will be taking official photographs during our 2025 conference. These images may appear in printed publications on the internet and on our websites. Please note that websites can be viewed throughout the world, not just Spain, where Spanish law applies. Please be advised, by participating in the conference you agree to the photographs and grant IKCC, in whole or in part, the right to use the photographs of yourself produced for promotional purposes, provided that said photographs, in whole or in part, be used exclusively by the IKCC.
